1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the World Agagsia Health Tourism website (www.worldagagsia.us) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Medical Tourism Services

2.1 Service Description

World Agagsia provides medical tourism facilitation services, including but not limited to:

Coordination of medical treatments in Turkey
Travel and accommodation arrangements
Translation and interpretation services
Transportation services
Post-treatment follow-up coordination

2.2 Medical Disclaimer

World Agagsia is a medical tourism facilitator and not a healthcare provider. All medical treatments are provided by independent, licensed healthcare facilities and professionals in Turkey. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing
A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Full payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
Additional services may incur extra charges

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via wire transfer, credit card, and other approved methods. All payments are processed securely.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

More than 30 days before treatment: Full refund minus administrative fees
15-30 days before treatment: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before treatment: No refund
Medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis

4.2 Cancellation by World Agagsia

If we cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

5. Travel and Accommodation

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas
Travel insurance is strongly recommended
Accommodation is provided as per the selected package
Airport transfers are included in most packages

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete medical history
Follow all pre and post-treatment instructions
Attend all scheduled appointments
Inform us of any changes in your health condition
Respect the rules and regulations of healthcare facilities
Obtain necessary travel documents and insurance

7. Limitation of Liability

World Agagsia shall not be liable for:

Medical outcomes or complications
Acts or omissions of third-party healthcare providers
Travel delays or cancellations
Loss of personal belongings
Force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our facilitation services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of World Agagsia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality
